On&Me Co., Ltd. (the "Organizer") collects and uses personal information as follows for APCSE pre-registration and event operations.

Items collected: Name, contact information, participation dates, document request details, passport copy (when Visa Support Letter is requested), flight information, transportation/accommodation requests, hotel reservation form, dietary preferences, and My Page password
Purpose: Pre-registration, event guidance, document issuance, logistics coordination, and registration management
Retention period: Destroyed within 1 year after the event ends (unless otherwise required by law)
Right to refuse: You may refuse consent, but pre-registration and event guidance will not be available.

Shuttle bus services will be available on October 13 (Incheon Airport → Hotel) and October 16 (Venue → Incheon Airport). Final operation details and schedules will be confirmed based on the pre-registration survey results and announced separately in September.

Accommodation

I request the organizer to book a room at the official/recommended hotel (At Your Own Expense).

※ Please note: All room charges and incidental expenses must be paid individually by the participant upon check-out. A cancellation fee may apply in accordance with the hotel's policy if you change or cancel your booking at a later date.
